Our program offers name-brand GLP-1 medication for safe and effective results. In rare instances, or special circumstances a compounded version of the medication may be offered, if clinically indicated.

Programs start at $149 per month for medical management and Rx management. The fee for medication is determined by the pharmaceutical company that manufactures the medication and currently ranges from $349-$499 per month.

Our comprehensive program is medically managed by our in-house Physician Assistant and/or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, combining the benefits of peptide therapy and other FDA-approved options with a holistic approach to health and wellness. Each plan is customized to support your weight loss journey, optimize your metabolism, and foster lasting success.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This program is currently open to established Lissè clients. Clients must have had a visit/appointment at Lissè in the past 24 months to participate in the program. Lissè reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for health or other reasons.

You will need to schedule an initial complete physical examination by our PA-C/ARNP to determine program qualification, along with medical consent forms and a full medical history, prior to starting your “Lean In at Lissè” program.

  • A self-accountability data diary will be a mandatory submission prior to receiving your next month’s prescription, which includes tracking nutrition, exercise, supplements, water intake, bowel program, etc. All medication is shipped to the clinic monthly and patients can pick up their 1-month supply when all required criteria is met.
  • You must commit to once per month visits with our PA-C/ARNP and/or Medical Assistant in order to remain in the “Lean In at Lissè” program.
  • Additionally, you will need to commit to annual lab work, at minimum, and more frequently should it be necessary. The cost of labs are not included in your monthly fee, but in some cases may be covered by your insurance. Our PA-C/ARNP will write the orders for the lab, and it will be of the responsibility of the patient to get the labs drawn and paid for.

The program is $149 per month for medical management/Rx management + the cost of your medication purchased at your pharmacy of choice.

No. You can participate month-by-month. However, a program to wean you off the medication is recommended over sudden discontinuation of the medication.
