Our laser hair removal technology is proven to give you smooth, stubble-free skin forever. Laser hair removal works by aiming a laser beam at the hair follicles in the area where the removal is taking place. These hair follicle’s pigment will absorb the laser’s energy, destroying the follicle causing the hair to no longer be able to grow back. However, some follicles may not absorb enough energy to destroy the follicle which is why multiple visits are required to completely smooth out the treatment area.

Approximately 6 treatments are typically recommended.

TREATMENT INFO

  • Drink ample water, to keep your skin hydrated.
  • Discontinue use of tanning beds and tanning lotions 1 week before and after treatment.
  • No sun exposure 1 week before and after treatment.
  • Discontinue use of Retin-A, Retinol, AHA, and BHA 1 week prior to treatment.
  • If you develop a cold sore or rash prior to your appointment you must reschedule.
  • NO Aspirin, Motrin, Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Flax Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, or any other essential fatty acids at least 3 days to 1 week before and after treatment. DO NOT stop taking aspirin, any blood thinners or photosensitive medication for this procedure until it is discussed with your primary care provider and/or cardiologist.
  • Discontinue use of photosensitive medication if approved by your primary care physician.
  • AVOID Alcohol, caffeine, Niacin supplement, high-sodium foods, high sugar foods, refined carbohydrates (you may eat fruit), spicy foods, and cigarettes 24-48 hours before and after you treatment.
  • If you develop a cold sore or rash on the treatment area prior to your appointment you must reschedule.

  • Avoid sun exposure for 1 week and always wear sunscreen.
