TREATMENT INFO

  • Discontinue use of retinol, Retin-A, AHA, BHA or other active products 1 week prior to treatment.
  • AVOID: Alcohol, caffeine, Niacin supplement, high-sodium foods, high sugar foods, refined carbohydrates (you may eat fruit), spicy foods, and cigarettes for 24-48 hours before and after treatment.
  • Drink ample water, especially if using PRP.
  • Discuss the use of any blood thinners or anti-platelet medications like aspirin with your aesthetician.
  • Discontinue use of photosensitive medication if approved by your primary care physician.
  • NO Aspirin, Motrin, Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Flax Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, or any other essential fatty acids at least 3 days to 1 week before and after treatment.
  • No sun exposure 1 week before and after treatment.
  • Discontinue use of tanning beds 1 week before and after treatment.
  • If you develop a cold sore or rash prior to your appointment you must reschedule.

  • Swelling, redness and bruising may occur for a time.
  • Avoid sun exposure for 1 week and always wear sunscreen.
  • Discontinue use of Retin-A, Retinol, AHA, and BHA for 3-5 days post-treatment.
  • Discontinue use of tanning beds 1 week post-treatment.
  • NO Aspirin, Motrin, Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Flax Oil, Cod Liver Oil, Vitamin A, Vitamin E, or any other essential fatty acids at least 3 days to 1 week post-treatment.
